The Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) has approved Peter Andronov as a Supervisory Board Member of DZI – General Insurance JSC and of DZI- Life Insurance JSC.

Mr. Andronov will perform the Chairman function at the Supervisory Boards of the two companies by virtue of his new role as a Member of the Management Board of KBC Group and Chief Executive Officer of International Markets Business Unit.

To this end he has recently assumed the chairman positions at the Boards of Directors of K&H Bank and K&H Insurance in Hungary – the companies, via which КВС Group is present on that country’s market.
