When you have concluded a Motor Third Party Liability (MTPL) insurance with DZI and you and the insured vehicle have been involved in a RTA on the Republic of Bulgaria’s territory.
Free of charge service, which is being provided to Insurees, having Motor Third Party Liability (MTPL) insurance with DZI and valid for all persons, involved in a RTA with the insured vehicle on the Republic of Bulgaria’s territory.
Persons, eligible to use this service, are: the owner, the user and the holder of the vehicle, as well any person, performing factual acts for driving or using a vehicle on lawful grounds.
Rendering of assistance (free of charge consultation over the phone) upon occurrence of a RTA, involving the insured vehicle, on the Republic of Bulgaria’s territory.
