All clients of DZI Life Insurance with Comprehensive Medical Care Group Health Insurance can now seek the healthcare professional they need and make an appointment fully online via the SuperDoc.bg platform.

SuperDoc.bg is the biggest platform in Bulgaria for making online doctor examination appointments, where you can find more than 1000 physicians, working with the insurance coverage options of DZI, having over 40 disease profiles and involving more than 100 medical centres.

Up to this moment the procedure for choosing a doctor and making an appointment for examination was possible by calling the DZI Contact Center at 0700 11 555 or via the online platform of DZI, accessible through its corporate website. Users can now do so, apart from using the existing options, also in a fully digital way via the SuperDoc.bg platform. Before that you only need to register and enter your DZI Health Card.

In the platform you can browse the healthcare specialists, working with the insurance coverage options of DZI, check the rating and opinions about a particular doctor, as well as the healthcare establishment, admitting patients and thus make an informed decision with whom to make an appointment for examination. SuperDoc.bg provides patients with the convenience to see the earliest possible time for appointment with the respective specialist, and after reserving it – they will receive a Viber message or an SMS notification by DZI.

The new digital service of the insurance company with the longest history in Bulgaria is part of the strategy of DZI Life Insurance, aiming to provide innovative and fully digital solutions to its clients. Also, this service is a logical continuation of the already active partnership with the platform for telemedicine - Healee.
